Internet website located at the address of http://www.myiooi.com, and whenever the word Website or Service is used in these Terms and Conditions it shall to be understood as myiooi.com.
USER
A natural person, who after the registration process, has access to services offered by myiooi.com.
CATEGORIES
It’s a usage application, which makes it easy for one User to find another Website User.
Registration in the Service is free and it is not subject to any charges.
Communication with other Users of the Website and all other services offered by myiooi.com are free.
User can be a natural person that has an electronic mail account.
Any activities that can destabilize or hinder the use of the Service are prohibited. In the event of violation against hereby Terms and Conditions and committing any of the abovementioned activities by the User, myiooi.com employees will immediately block Users account. Any activities by the User that can destabilize the Website may be considered an offence subject to criminal code.
The registration of natural person for the purpose of using myiooi.com services is only possible after filling out all the boxes required on the registration form, particularly by providing Username of the User, e-mail address, post code and selecting a residence location. All other information is not required and is considered optional.
At the time of registration, User agrees for the placement and processing of personal information by myiooi.com, subject to conditions described in the Privacy protection policy constituting Annex 1 to hereby Terms and Conditions. All of Users’ personal information will be processed in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act of August 29, 1997, (uniform text-Journal of Laws, No.101, item 926 - including amendments) and Polish law.
Information provided on the form is used by myiooi.com for necessary contact with the Users and for a better adaptation of presented contents to the needs and interests of Users.
The user can request the removal of personal information from myiooi.com database and can refuse the removal of personal information in cases justified by law.
It is prohibited to use the accounts of other Users and to allow the account to be used by another person.
The User is prohibited to hold additional accounts, which are used to break the rules of hereby Terms and Conditions.
The myiooi.com Privacy protection policy is contained in Annex 1 of herby Terms and Conditions and constitutes its integral part. By agreeing to hereby Terms and Conditions the User also agrees to the manner, in which myiooi.com handles provided information within the limits of this policy. Information disclosure can take place due to reasons required by law.
User’s details can be given to other Users or third party only in circumstances described in Privacy protection policy.
myiooi.com reserves the right to collect data associated with the popularity and applications of particular Services offered by myiooi.com and share it with subsidiary entities and other affiliated entities.
Every User is obligated not to disclose information that is not freely available and is in connection with other Users, which was obtained by using services myiooi.com or which was given by myiooi.com or by other User. It is also forbidden to use given data for purposes other than usual contacting, especially using e-mail addresses for purposes of “spamming” or stalking.
It is inadmissible to disclose and use information available only to myiooi.com Users without permission.
myiooi.com is not liable for Users activities.
myiooi.com will take all measures to verify information concerning Users and undertake necessary steps in order to eliminate activities, which are illegal and inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions.
myiooi.com reserves the right to close the account of a User who breaks any of the provisions in hereby Terms and Conditions and in particular Users who are suspected of spamming, advertising websites’ competition and using words commonly regarded as offensive.
Person, whose account has been suspended, cannot re-register without myiooi.com’s prior consent.
myiooi.com reserves the right to suspend Users account, whose activities will be considered damaging to myiooi.com.
In the event of a User utilizing the communication functions of the Website to distribute news, which promotes or informs other Users about competitive activities towards myiooi.com, is subject to a contractual fine of 50 PLN for each message sent via the Website.
myiooi.com is the Website, which allows registered Users of the system to contact other Users of the Website. Website is not a party in relations between Users but only facilitates their technical resources (programming and servers) for easier contact making purposes.
myiooi.com is not liable for the content and quality of contacts between Users and any possible mutual legal claims.
myiooi.com offers Users the ability to report suspicious activities that may be considered contrary to the Terms and Conditions and/or breaking enforceable legal regulations. Users can report those activities by selecting the Report a terms and conditions violation link.
User acknowledges that all the copyright laws and trademarks, other Users accounts and other intellectual property rights associated with services accessible at www.myiooi.com belong to myiooi.com. It is prohibited to use these intellectual property rights for purposes other than those strictly described in hereby Terms and Conditions.
myiooi.com reserves the right to change the content of the hereby Terms and Conditions and to introduce changes, corrections and improvements to the Website.
The date of last update is visible in the title of hereby document. In the event of User's refusal of agreeing to the new terms, the User is obligated to cease using the myiooi.com services.
The User has the right to terminate the agreement with the Service at any time by following the instruction contained in e-mail message sent to the User right after the registration. The agreement will be terminated immediately.
The agreement can be terminated by the decision of myiooi.com service in the event of: a violation of the Terms and Conditions by the User, participation in activities damaging to the myiooi.com service and its Users and other activities blatantly contradictory with myiooi.com services’ current policy.
Any disputes associated with services provided by myiooi.com, subject to hereby Terms and Conditions will be processed by respective Polish common courts.
If one of the provisions of hereby Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid or impossible to fulfil subject to a legally valid verdict, the other provisions will remain valid and in force.
